Return Policy Terms and Conditions

Here are UncleVic.com's policies should you ever consider returning a product. If applicable, purchases can be returned, however as you'd expect there are some guidelines and some restrictions that may apply so we can continue to strive to offer great products at fantastic prices. Return policies may change at any time and without notice. Please review these policies prior to placing your order.

All sales are final. Only products that are deemed defective and are within the warranty period may be returned for a replacement item. Returns must follow the guidelines below. Any products returned within the first 30 days if applicable from date of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Authorization
Prior to returning any merchandise to UncleVic you will need an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) from UncleVic.com prior to returning any merchandise. Products returned to UncleVic.com without an assigned RMA# will be returned at customers expense. To request an RMA, please fill out our online form on our contact us page or send an email to rma@unclevic.com. Please forward your email order confirmation to rma@unclevic.com and provide details as to why you would like to request a return authorization. Once an RMA# has been issued to you, you will receive an email with additional details. If you are returning multiple boxes, please write the RMA# on the label on each box. Clearly mark in bold letters the RMA on the outside of the box.

Packaging Returns
We take great care in packaging our products. Please do the same. Returns must be sent back to us in the orginal packaging with reasonable protective filling and wrapping to protect the item from further damage while in transit. If products are not shipped using protective wrapping/packaging, we reserve the right to send back the RMA request at customer's expense, void the warranty altogether, or assess a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees. If the RMA package does not have its original packaging, then UncleVic reserves the right to charge at a minimum a 15% restocking fee.

Product Repairs
If you decide to repair a product without following our return policy, the product warranty will be voided. Please note that UncleVic.com will not credit back any repairs to customers.

Refusal of Acceptance or Invalid Addresses
If an order is refused at time of delivery or if items were shipped to the wrong address based upon the information provided to us, UncleVic.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping and handling charges.

Acceptable Returns must be Like-New
The complete product must be in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Note: Only defective products will be accepted after 30 days for replacement or repair if applicable.

Shipping Charges
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless UncleVic.com made an error in processing the order. With acceptable returns, UncleVic.com will refund order less any shipping charges. Return shipping costs and/or shipping fees are not refundable.

Combination Offers
Combination offers include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Combination items may be returned for replacement within their applicable UncleVic.com Return Policy Period. If a Combination item is returned for a refund, the Combination Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if your combination discount was $10, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $10 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.)

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to UncleVic.com after the product has been discontinued. If UncleVic.com no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either UncleVic.com can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to UncleVic.com. If you return any physically damaged item to UncleVic.com, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Serial Numbers
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your UncleVic.com warranty. Products that are returned to UncleVic.com with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned at customer expense.

Manufacturer's Warranties
Prior to making your purchase please review the warranty information listed on the primary product page on UncleVic.com. New and some Recertified/Refurbished products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Product warranty information is stated on each product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Items with "direct" manufacturer warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.

Warranty Exchanges
UncleVic.com reserves the right to replace and/or substitute products of equal or greater value is a like product is not available within 10 business days. If other options are not available, UncleVic.com will offer a credit equal to the product's then current market value.
